We are first and foremost Energy beings, just as everything around us is energy. Energy medicine works with the scientific principles of physics, and is all about manipulating and correcting the flow of energy, or prana within and around the human body to cleanse, charge and balance our energy field and whole systems. Prana (energy) is the very thing that keeps us alive.

Without the correct volume, quality and flow of prana within and around our body, our organs and physical functions don’t receive adequate energy to work optimally and therefore fall into malfunction then illness and disease. The majority of pain, discomfort, illness and disease in the physical body starts in the energy body caused by stagnant, blocked and insufficient volume, quality and flow of life giving energy into the organs and physical body.

Many daily disruptors, stress energy and lifestyle choices contribute to the breakdown of our energy body, leaving our organs and body depleted of life giving Prana. Every single cell in our body is hard wired to self heal and regularly practicing Energy medicine corrects the flow and volume of Prana to optimise and facilitate this self healing. The healing and balancing effects of these gentle energy exercises and movements are cumulative and the more you do them the stronger your energy body and physical body becomes.
