THE PRANA TRIBE

The vision; connecting mindfully with the beat in our souls, together with our tribe of earth-lovers. We aim to hold space to expand our consciousness and completely tap into all of our life essence. We all have a natural need for connection with mother earth’s heartbeat in our souls. We will facilitate a loving and secure space for this connection through sound and movement, where we know we are surrounded ONLY by beautiful energy.
We invite you to join our tribe and elevate with us - using breath, movement and sound. Our intention is to carry this event on to many more mindful dance events in the future.

EVENT INTENTION & VIBE

Imagine being surrounded by a tribe of authentic souls, under the stars on New Moon. We will connect with some guided breath and movement, flowing into your individual expression of dance. Your natural movement is guided by deep, authentic beats, (melodic tribal and progressive techno), Mother Earth soft under your bare feet. Connecting with the varying frequencies of our tribal beats will allow you to open up to all the potential energy within you.

For chill times: teas and raw foods will be provided in our chai tent.

WHAT TO BRING?BYO: water (2L recommended), cushions, sleep gear if you are staying overnight
Dress: Be the creature you know you are. We will be providing red clay to tribalize your bodies.
NO external stimulants please - we aim to utilize our internal prana to energise ourselves naturally.

OPTION TO STAY OVERNIGHT:

As the event will be in the bush, and until quite late - you are more than welcome to stay the night. (Property will need to be vacated by 9 am the next morning).
There are two options:
1. We have a cabin which can accommodate about 10 people, BYO bedding (first in best dressed, please let us know if you would like this option so we can accommodate you).
2. There is ample room to camping under the stars, BYO camping gear/van
TICKETS: $20 pp
The intention of this event is to bring people together and have fun. Thus tickets are priced to cover costs and not break the bank.
Spots are limited to 40 people.

This is an event long-awaited for our facilitators. Both born and raised in Europe - Matyana and Nicole have found it consistently hard to find the deep bass they crave to move to. So, here we are!

As a registered osteopath, certified kundalini yoga teacher, creator, singer and ocean-lover, Nicole passionately generates space to enable the free flow of energy in our bodies. She combines her knowledge of yoga, the body and the breath to unlock this potential in her audience.

With a fusion of multiple modalities (foot reflexology, osteopathic elements, detoxification and breathwork), room for individuals to remember their innate vibrancy is created. With her background in ballet, modern dancing and Brazilian partner dance, she is very passionate about the power in freeing yourself through dance.

Naturally blending the enigmatic frequencies of the mountains with the grounding heartbeat of Mother Earth, Brett and Milton will take us on a journey of self-discovery through our energetic bodies. A foundation of mid-tempo, deep melodic tribal sounds and progressive techno. These rhythms are held comfortably to elevate us, as both Yin and Yang combined and navigate us towards a higher-dimensional space.
