Born and raised in Byron Bay Australia, Delamay has travelled internationally offering workshops, retreats and teacher trainings in many beautiful parts of the world. With a background in dance and having taught embodied practices for over 20 years it was a natural progression into teaching yoga and delve deeper into the rhythm of the breath, the natural flow of the body and the formlessness of meditation. Delamay is a facilitator of The 360 Emergence and a senior Prana Vinyasa yoga teacher who continues to assists Shiva Rea and the tribe annually, she is known for her intuitive teaching style and is looking forward to welcoming you to one of her events soon!
