Pranayama Breathwork + Kundalini Activation

The ancient wisdom of Kundalini is like a spiritual tune-up, aligning your energy to that of the loving spirit of Mother Earth.

The essence and focus of this event is for anyone embarking on a journey towards Kundalini awakening as we focus on
-Preparation -Initiation -Activation -Conguency and Embodiment.

Our preparation will lay the groundwork for handling powerful energy shifts that accompany Kundalini awakening. The Kundalini energy must pass through energy channels that must be clean so that all that stagnant energy can flow. So before activation, all those blocks and charges that prevent us from moving forward we have spent the time through techniques that support the release.

We go through a journey of processes for you to be more present, more aware, and profoundly connected to everything around you as a self-initiation to sustain the integration of the energy. The time in connection to your own divine-freewill and that of trusting the concept of surrendering to the divine will enchance the Activation process to stimulate the awakening of the kundalini energy.

Integration of the energy will naturally ground you in your own essence and align with Mother Earth and in the heartbeat of nature, but I weave Sound healing into your peak activation; closing off the energy for you to be cacooned in your energy - as a closure to dance into the harmonious relationship with our planet.

Overall, this event is in the somatic congruence of having these body-based practices as a complete offering, with Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini | Pranayama Breathwork and Kundalini energy activations, it will reinstate safety in your body, the sensations and subtle nudges of embodiment will be more noticeable.

‣ Allowing the vitality to flow freely with kundalini chanting and mudra - deep process

❍ Kundalini Breathwork - Pranayama
‣ Kundalini Breathwork for smooth energy flow, this is a diverse range of breath-practices and body locks to activate, strengthen and connect your channels, prana and the connection between your Kundalini energy and beautiful dance of cosmic energies. This breathwork is focussed to bring physical, mental and emotional states into a frequency connection to love.

❍ Kundalini Activation
‣ When your raw Kundalini Shakti awakens within you many things can happen and also nothing can happen. 20% is the process during the activation and 80% is when it is finished. Spontaneous movements, also known as kriyas are an expression of Kundalini energy being activated and beginning a cleansing and purification with expressions with yogic mudras. Movements can be small twitching fingers, legs and hands. Some more vigorous uncontrollable jerking & shaking in releasing accumulated trauma and stresses trapped inside of the muscles cells and tissues. For some there is no movement. Know, this does not mean your kundalini energy is not activated. The intelligence of shakti knows when it is necessary and when it is not and a whole activation can be in complete stillness.

I facilitate this event with a trauma-informed and holistic approach in the Kundalini activation, as the processes prior, as is with my 1:1 client sessions gives us the ability to consciously track the autonomic nervous system responses. So that instead of feeling a stark contrast between a Kundalini activation sessions and daily life, you have embodied both 'free-will and surrender' methods to center and connect yourself to the energy. "What to Know for Kundalini Activations"
Anyone can experience this over the age of 18.
Women in Pregnancy I prefer not to do activations on.
If you suffer from serious mental illness please do not attend.
Do not take drugs, alcohol or plant medicine within 48hrs of attending.

Wear loose and comfortable clothes - avoid zippers or buttons
Eat well 2 hrs before, or if an hour before make sure it's light - empty stomach is best, but fruits and veggies are always fine
Coffee lovers, if you can avoid the day of the event; plus no alcohol and/or drugs 24-48 hours before and afterwards
