Guided Pranayama and Meditation followed by a 90 minutes Gong Bath.

Nurture yourself and your nervous system with 2 hours of nurturing, restorative and grounding sound meditation.

We'll start the evening centering ourselves and connecting to our inner body through the breath with a beautiful simple and powerful Guided Pranayama (Breathing exercises) to then explore in meditation the 5 Elements and their connection to our body and energy centres.

After which, you will be immersed in the powerful vibrations of our Sound Healing Bowls and a range of unique Gongs.

The Gongs and Vibrational Bowls are powerful instruments allowing your body to draw what it needs from them, being for example, to move energy, ground body and mind, find clarity, inner peace, detoxify the body, improve sleep quality, to name a few... the list of benefits is long and varied.

Each experience is unique and often tricky to explain in words - the only way to really know is to experience the journey.

The most common comments we hear afterwards are 'magical', 'incredible', 'powerful', 'amazing', 'just what I needed'... and feedback along this line.

You will be able to enjoy a few little nibbles at the end to make sure you are bright and ready before 'floating' home or getting behind the wheel.

BYO Yoga Mat, Water bottle, Blanket, Pillow, Eye pillow or a light scarf to cover your eyes if you feel like, blanket to cushion your back... and anything to keep you warm and comfortable lying down for 90 minutes.

Location: Dance Culture, 474 Ipswich rd, Annerley. The Studio is located upstairs.

There is a carpark available at the back, from where you can get into the Studio by going to the top of the white stairs that you will see from there. It will make sense when you get there.

In case it is full, there should be enough parking available in the street.
