Pranayama is a breathing science developed by ancient Yogis to master one of the most powerful forces of the Universe: Prana. By mastering Prana yoga practitioners have the opportunity to experience higher states of consciousness, allowing them to realise the whole dimension of their existence.

This 5 week course is an opportunity to bring a deeper understanding to these breathing practices, as well as gaining practical tools to improve the quality of your life, control your nervous system, increase wellbeing and advance in your spiritual journey.

With a mix of theory and practice, this training is for anyone looking to increase their wellbeing or advance in their spiritual growth. It also includes a 20 minute daily practice that change every week as go deeper into the learnings. The practice done during week five will be the practice you can keep using as you daily practice after the course.

5 x 2 hour online sessions delivered via Zoom. All classes will be recorded and can be replayed in the private Facebook group
a 20 minute daily practice that changes each week as we get deeper into the learnings
You can join the live sessions or the recorded classes available after each class

This 5 week course doesn’t provide any qualification or training to teach Pranayama or other breathing techniques. All the learnings received are to expand your knowledge, to improve your own practice and are not to be shared with anyone else. A formal training and qualification is needed to promote yourself as a Pranayama Teacher or to offer any Pranayama or breathing services.
