Thank you for your conference and excursion bookings.


Now for the conference tours. There are a number of tours running, both before and after the conference.


All pre-conference tours will start from Sydney and finish in Kiama.


All post-conference tours will start in Kiama and finish in Sydney.


Several of the tour locations have short promotional videos available on our APS NSW YouTube channel.

Available tours are:

  • World Heritage Blue Mountains - Pre-conference only
  • Spectacular Lord Howe Island - Pre and post conference (already fully booked)
  • Surprising Sydney and its sandstone flora - Post-conference only
  • Dramatic Warrumbungles/Pilliga/Mt Kaputar - Pre and post-conference
  • Sunny South Coast - Pre-conference only

Cancellation Policy

We are sure you all appreciate that we are in times of significant \nchange and uncertainty. However, we are keen to create a conference that\n will be insightful and memorable for you, and to do this we need to \nspend money, some of which may not be recoverable.

If you cancel your attendance at the conference or the tours, or if \nwe are forced to cancel the conference or tours the cancellation charge \nwill be:

Cancellation prior to 30 June - 10%

Cancellations after this time will incur higher charges. To see the full cancellation policy and advice on travel Insurance, please click the button below.


Click on the red 'Buy Now' button at the top right of this page when you are ready to book.

Otherwise, skip this page and proceed to Merchandise, your chance to purchase unique, conference-branded items such as polo shirts, hats and drink bottles. These need to be pre-ordered. Please note that you can order these later if desired.


If you are finished, you should now have booked your conference event tickets.

These should have included three full days of presentations, two days of excursions, AJ Swaby breakfast event, complimentary cocktail event, plus optional complimentary tour on the Saturday and an optional paid awards dinner.

These tickets will have been automatically emailed to you.
Check your junk folder if you have not got them. Contact us if you need them to be re-sent or you need to make any changes.
