PRE-APPROVAL: CircoBats Open Training 2025/2026 Season

Pre-Approval for CircoBats Open Training

Pre-approval is required and must be completed and APPROVED via email reply before attending any Open Training sessions. (please note: this may take up to a week)

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older.

• You may only purchase Open Training tickets for your personal use. Do not purchase on behalf of others. Each individual attending Open Training must upload their own personal insurance.

• For group rehearsals under group insurance, please email us to arrange a separate booking.

Important: Please read the handbook linked here thoroughly to understand all guidelines.

Aerial Safety: To use aerial rigging, you must first complete an aerial induction with a CircoBats coach. Aerial rigging cannot be used without an induction, and mats must be in place at all times during aerial activities.

Open Training Options:

1. Casual Visit Pass - Non CircoBats Member

   • One-time pass to attend Open Training.

   • Can purchase multiple as needed.

   • For those not enrolled in a current CircoBats class.

   • Personal insurance is mandatory.

2. Term Payment - Non CircoBats Member

   • Unlimited access to Open Training sessions for the entire term (based on the Open Training timetable).

   • For those not enrolled in a current CircoBats class.

   • Personal insurance is mandatory.

A valid Casual ticket or Term Pass Ticket must be purchased before entering the training space.
