Please read the below details carefully before attending.

Please note

there are 2 disabled parking spots available for people who cannot walk up the hill
all other vehicles need to be parked on Harris Gully Road
the venue is a 15-minute walk from parking
please give yourself 30 minutes to arrive on time

Nearest train station - Croydon (on Lilydale line 17 mins drive away)

Nearest bus stop - Warrandyte reserve & Heidelberg-Warrandyte road - 906 bus (5 min walk to location)

Late arrivals Winter Solstice ceremony has a late-comers lockout. If you arrive later than 4:30PM you will only be able to join us at for from 6:15PM onwards.
Potluck dinner - please bring a food offering. If you've never done potluck before, it's recommended you bring a few portions of the food you enjoy eating and then trust that we will have the perfect community mash-up of food. Please bring your own crockery - including cups, cutlery, plates etc.
A microwave + kettle will be available for use in the kitchen
Seating - please bring picnic blankets, cushions + camping chairs.
Staying Warm - this event is outdoors in the elements - please bring warm clothes (hats, gloves, scarves), blankets and umbrellas (just in case). There will be 2 fires lit from 6PM that you can warm up around as well.
Rain - in case of heavy rain, we will have an intimate evening indoors - so please don't let rain put you off.
