Pregnancy and Infant Loss Memorial Service 2026

Woronora Memorial Park warmly welcomes you to the 2026 Pregnancy and Infant Loss Memorial Service.

Observed globally on October 15, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day is a meaningful occasion for families and their loved ones to come together in honour of the babies and infants who left us too soon.

This year’s remembrance service will take place at Karinya Children’s Garden, Woronora Memorial Park, at 4pm on Thursday, 15 October 2026.

The event acknowledges all forms of loss. It is a day to remember babies and infants who have passed and to offer support to those who are grieving.

The service will include speakers, stories of lived experiences, music, a candle-lighting ceremony as part of the International Wave of Light and a special time for writing personal messages of love and remembrance.

The service is a time for reflection, remembrance and connection with others who share the same journey.
