Come together in a safe, loving comforting space to nurture connection, calm, and inner harmony.

This gathering is more than a chance to meet other pregnant women—it’s an opportunity to be held in the gentle embrace of sound and frequencies infused with unconditional love. Within these sacred sounds, prayers and intentions are woven to:

🌹Soften any rigidity or resistance, reducing tension

🌹Bring balance to your entire being

The meditation will be a sound-immersive journey, inviting you to connect with the expression of your being through a gentle somatic meditation, guided by the natural rhythm of your breath and sound.

Gently releasing layers of any emotional blocks that may arise through the stages of pregnancy or birth.

These sounds don’t just nourish the women present—they also nurture the precious little ones in the womb and ripple out to support the wider family unit. We’ll work through the biofield using crystal sound bowls, chimes, gong, the gentle beat of drums, rain stick and more.

If you feel called, you’ll also have the chance to connect creatively—through flow-state soul art. As the sounds surround you, your brush will move with ease, allowing your inner beauty to emerge on the canvas. So no experience needed.

To deepen the experience, nourishing organic tea by naturopath and herbalist Rebecca from Holistic Traditions Brew will be served, allowing you to integrate the calm and connection with warmth and care. 🌿✨

Please note- To foster comfort and support this is intentionally held in my home which is the heart of my Emotional Processing Practice, so expected mother's can have the option to use the comfort of the lounge, cushions or mats-—whichever feels most supportive to your body.
