Join Kat for a circle meditation practice specifically for you, a woman in her bloom of pregnancy.

Be guided along as you quieten the mind, connect with your breath and connect with your baby. Circle & meditation is a powerful way to process your life changes, nourish your mind, spirit, body & baby.

Please note that we need a minimum of 8 women for this evening to go ahead, so invite a friend to join you.

Arrive from 6:30pm to settle in for a cup of lovely organic tea, all to please arrive by 6:45pm.
