Pregnancy Yin & Acupuncture ✨

Join us for a special event designed to help you slow down, release tension, and deeply nourish your body and mind during pregnancy.

I’m teaming up with acupuncturist Lucy Heller to offer a truly unique experience, combining the gentle, meditative practice of yin yoga with the ancient healing benefits of acupuncture. Together, these two practices support your nervous system, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and prepare your body for birth.

What to Expect

Yin Yoga – A slow and grounding practice with long-held, supported postures to help release deep-seated tension, improve circulation, and create space in the body for baby.

Acupuncture in Savasana – As you settle into deep relaxation, Lucy will apply gentle acupuncture pins to support energy flow, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being in pregnancy.

Guided Relaxation – Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself and your baby.
