This program is so dear to my heart, because I believe when we embrace and embody our energy, we come to space of calm and knowing within us. It is a sensual powerhouse, you can access through yoga and mediation, that enables you to be in touch with your inner knowing, your intuition, your divine feminine essence and discover the truth to your existence. This is essential for women who are entering motherhood, whether you’re a first time mother or a fifth time mother, because this is a rebirth of ourselves as we enter a new phase of woman. You are becoming and playing a whole new role within your life and within your cherished family unit. Through embodying this work you will feel empowered to voice your rights and needs, own your unique way of parenting, find the calm amongst the chaos, love yourself and your changing body, plug into a community of sisters and embrace this sacred and special time of pregnancy right now!

Embodying your essential energy can be your saviour through birth and it will be a vital tool for your postpartum stage. We will continue to practise coming back into our bodies and not staying in the mad monkey mind which can stop oxytocin flow (our “love drug” hormone that allows us to move forward in labour and helps with breastfeeding) and we can stay stressed out when we’re up in our minds. When we practise coming into our bodies and going within you can flow through the stages of labour with more ease.

These teachings are what I practise in my day-to-day routine as a mother as I stay grounded in my sovereignty, I find my inner peace and love for thyself. This is how I fill my cup so I can ultimately access and present my children with a a more loving and intuitive mothering style.
