In this space, you will find a safe and nurturing environment that promotes inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for baby mummas of all levels. You can come challenge yourself in my class or you are more than welcome to spend the whole class in child's pose if that's what your body needs.

My pregnancy yoga sessions are devoted to authenticity, fun, support and community. Here, we are all warriors and goddesses. During these sessions my focus is on you and baby: your strength, peace-of-mind, and balance.

I also share extra resources via email each week, so you can continue practicing at home.

Pregnancy and women’s birthing power connects so many dots for me: from our power of manifesting (‘giving birth’ and ‘nurturing’ ideas), to the fact that we share such a strong connection to the Universe and Mother Earth, because we ‘create’ human beings and we become the mothers that nurture these little persons.

Now that you are more than ever connected to your creative energy, this is also a great opportunity to pamper yourself for all the incredible things your body is doing and to connect with baby!

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, I am fully and 100% here for you and baby.

Pregnancy yoga will provide you with the following tools, which will come handy, throughout your pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood:

You'll have me, a 2nd trimester mum-to be, as your teacher; but most importantly you'll have your body as your master.

Weekly classes every Wednesday. We start on Wednesday 8 July!

Spots are limited to keep the sessions nice and intimate (and due to COVID-19 restrictions). Also, for the time being, it'll be BYO mat and cushions.

About me:

I have been practicing yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2014. During all these years I have gained a total of 510 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga and Pre and Post Natal Yoga.

I am also currently in my second trimester with baby #1, so I'm in this journey with you 💖!
