PREKURE is a global leader in Professional Health Coaching, Metabolic Coaching and Mental Health Coaching Education.

We know more about health than ever before. Yet chronic disease and mental ill health remain the defining challenges of our time. The missing link isn’t information - it’s sustainable behaviour change.

We train people building careers as professional Health Coaches, clinicians adding evidence-based behaviour change to their practice, and health organisations building prevention capability at scale.

Internationally approved, industry-backed training

We have Professional Health Coach training programs approved by professional health coaching bodies HCANZA (Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association) and UKIHCA (the UK and International Health Coaching Association). Our courses are also endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and have been approved for CME credits and CPD.
