In this 2.5-hour Year 11 Kickstarter Holiday Workshop, we’re going to help you master creative writing for HSC English!
We will help you:
- Understand the form of creative writing
- Know and analyse your prescribed text
- Respond to a stimulus using context, audience and purpose
- Learn creative writing techniques to help you stand out!
- Master the reflection statement
- Get familiar with exemplar responses
- Tackle practice questions
Why is it important to master this now?
The current HSC syllabus is making it harder for students to memorise their creative writing pieces for assessments. Instead, students need to be building up their writing skills and this takes time! So the best time to work on this is now before things count in Year 12!
