In this HSC Kickstarter Holiday Workshop, we’re going to help you master Creative Writing for the new HSC English Syllabus and Module C! In this 3 hour workshop during the school holidays we’re going to help you:

Understand the form of creative writing

Know and analyse your prescribed text
Respond to a stimulus and use your prescribed text
Choose a topic to write about
Learn creative writing skills
Write a reflection statement
What makes an exemplar response
Tackle practice questions

Why is it important to master this now?

Due to the nature of the questions in the new HSC syllabus, learning and memorising a creative writing piece will not work. This workshop takes a skills-based approach which provides students with the tools they need to respond to any creative writing stimulus.
