PepperBerry Bread with Saltbush dukkah and olive oil

2nd COURSE

•  Seared Scallops with fennel and avocado salsa, passionfruit dressing and sesame tuille
• Vegetarian option: King Oyster mushroom scallop, pumpkin puree, teriyaki sauce and wild popped rice

3rd COURSE

•  Grilled Barramundi with grilled pineapple, citrus syrup, potato puree and Asian greens
• Vegetarian option: Zucchini Fritter, Lentil mash potato | Cherry tomato | Yoghurt sauce | Baby carrot

4th COURSE

• Slow-cooked beef cheek, pumpkin puree and porchini mushroom jus
• Vegetarian option: Moroccan baked aubergine, white bean puree, heirloom tomato, toasted walnuts and basil oil

5th COURSE

• PepperBerry beetroot and chocolate mess with burnt orange
