This winter, join us at The European for a north-to-south celebration of Italy's rich culinary and winemaking traditions.

Executive Chef Peter Sheldon will be joined by special guest Peter Johns of Primavera Selections, one of Australia's leading importers of Italian wines, for an evening showcasing the exceptional wines of Barolo and Brunello, alongside a selection of lesser-known Italian gems, paired with a menu of beloved Italian classics.

What to expect:
Over the course of the evening, you'll journey through Italy's diverse regional cuisines, with each dish thoughtfully paired to showcase the country's rich culinary heritage. Beginning in Piedmont, you'll travel through the rolling hills of Tuscany and Abruzzo, move along the coastlines of Puglia, and finish on the beautiful island of Sicily. Along the way, you will discover the distinctive flavours, traditions and wines that define each region.

6 wines matched to 5 courses - $245 per head
