Join Me for a Blissful Morning of Prenatal Yoga and Pachamama Offerings 🌿✨

Immerse yourself in two and half hours of nurturing yoga, creative expression, and heartfelt connection, designed to support, empower, and hold space for expecting mothers. Whether you’re in your first, second, or third trimester, this workshop is curated to help you nurture yourself and embrace this special time in your journey, with all its magic and challenges. As a fellow mother-to-be 🤰, I’m thrilled to share this sacred journey with you in a safe and welcoming environment.

What to Expect:

🧘‍♀️ Intuitive Yoga Flow: Move through a gentle, intuitive yoga session, tailored to honour your pregnancy.
🌸 Pachamama Offering: Create your own offering infused with your personal intention for our beloved Mother Earth.
💬 Sharing Circle: Conclude with a supportive circle to share your experiences and connect with others on this transformative journey.

Pachamama means 'Divine Mother Earth' in Aymara and Quechua, two of the main native languages spoken by Indigenous peoples of South America. Pachamama represents both the physical planet Earth and the Divine Cosmic Feminine energy that transcends time and space. She embodies maternal energy, including creativity, fertility, nourishment, and unconditional love.

A Pachamama Offering is a creative and natural practice performed ceremonially and mindfully. It is done with the intention of expressing deep reverence, respect, and gratitude to all the Divine Energies that provide and sustain life.

In this workshop, each participant will create their own offering—a unique sacred geometry—infused with their personal intention for our beloved Mother Earth.
