Pregnancy Yoga
6-week course
10 February - 17 March 2025
Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
Our Prenatal Yoga classes are about spending time tuning into the needs of your body and your growing baby. We will use specific postures and breathwork to increase your capacity to stay calm, build stamina, courage, and power in the body as you prepare for birth and look at how you can care and nourish yourself and baby for the remainder of your pregnancy.
No previous experience necessary. Suitable from the second trimester. Please consult your medical professional before commencing prenatal yoga
About the Facilitator:
Cherie Sarvari is passionate about the health and wellbeing of Pregnant Mums.
Introduced to Yoga over 22 years ago pregnant with her 1st child, Cherie knows how important and beneficial specific Pregnancy Yoga is for Mum and Baby.
She has been teaching Hatha Yoga and it's benefits for over 15years. Throughout that time guiding and nurturing Mums throughout their pregnancy and beyond.
Cherie understands how difficult pregnancy can be throughout the different stages and how every woman's experience is different. She will guide and support each Mumma with their individual needs. Ensuring a safe practice for all with encouragement and sharing her love of motherhood.
