A gentle and supportive class designed to help you feel strong, calm and connected throughout your pregnancy.

Together we'll explore:

Gentle, pregnancy-safe yoga
Breath techniques for relaxation and labour
Meditation and deep relaxation
Pelvic mobility and strength
Space to connect with yourself and other expectant mothers

Thursday, 6.30–7.30PM.

Casual class or 4-week pass available.

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy

For over 13 years, I've had the privilege of supporting women on the Central Coast through prenatal and postnatal yoga, gentle flow, yoga for seniors, and movement for those recovering from breast cancer. My approach is nurturing, holistic and trauma-informed, creating a space where every woman feels safe, supported and empowered.

I still remember attending prenatal yoga during my own pregnancies, it was the one evening each week that I knew I'd have a truly restful night's sleep. That experience inspired my passion for creating a space where women can slow down, breathe deeply, connect with other mums-to-be, and leave feeling calmer, more rested and more prepared for birth.
