Prenatal Yoga
Event description
Support your changing body and prepare for birth and parenthood with prenatal yoga. Some of the benefits of prenatal yoga include building physical and mental strength, flexibility and balance, improving posture, sleep and reducing stress. Yoga can provide you with tools for relaxation, space to connect with yourself and baby, and to feel empowered and confident throughout your pregnancy, labour and birth. You’ll also be creating a community of support.
Please check with your doctor if it is suitable for you to participate in prenatal yoga. Beginners welcome.
