About the Organization:

St Vincent de Paul's dining rooms are strategically located throughout the Valley, from Mesa to El Mirage, to be easily accessible to the people who need them most. Every day, they prepare more than 4,500 nourishing meals free of charge to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. During this pandemic, all of their services are "sit down", yet they remain committed to providing nutrition, belonging, and social connection. By helping with food and other necessities, the families served here can then put their limited incomes into rent, utilities, and other expenses; your service is helping to save lives and prevent homelessness.

About Project Helping:

Our mission at Project Helping is to build mental wellness through accessible experiences that create purpose and community. By volunteering with us, you can meet new people, make a difference in your community, and improve your mental wellness! Learn more at projethelping.org/volunteering-benefits
