This is a Project Helping Volunteer Experience in partnership with Denver Children's Home

What We Will Do:

Project Helping volunteers will help prepare and serve a home-cooked meal to the kids and staff of the Residential Program at Denver Children's Home. Volunteers are invited to then enjoy the meal and chat with the residents afterward!

Minimum Age: 21+ only; any persons who attend that are under age 21 will not be admitted to DCH.

Agenda:

3:20-3:30 - Welcome and Check-In

3:30-5:00 - Prepare the Meal

5:00-6:00 - Serve Dinner

6:00-6:30 - Clean Up and Thank You

What to Bring:

A mask

Closed-toe shoes

Comfortable, appropriate clothing (nothing revealing, no violent content, no profanity or questionable slogans).

Where to Park:

There is ample street parking available around the Denver Children's Home.

Where to Meet:

Please use the buzzer at the front door to be let in, then make your way to the kitchen.

Check in with your Project Helping Kynd Leader when you arrive. They will be wearing a bright lime green shirt, and will stick with you during the entire experience to make sure you have a blast!
