Let’s celebrate our feminine essence by allowing presence with our movement surrounded by feminine energy. We all need a space to allow ourselves to move, we all need more nourishing community, we all need to simply exist so we can show up as our higher selves. We need this, so I’ve created it for you.

Intuitive movement, feminine energy, yoga & tea have all deeply nourished all parts of my being. They have been a catalyst in my journey to feel more CONFIDENT, RADIANT, NOURISHED and SAFE. This is the space I am creating so you too have a space to feel this, however you feel is okay and simply allow it to exist without judgement.

A little about me, my name is Tess and I’m a certified hatha yoga teacher and feel a deep calling to create space for women to connect with each other, to learn together, to grow together and to create soul friendships. I am here cultivating a space where you feel safe to be you, where you feel you have people around you that are like minded, and that your story and essence is needed and women want to listen to you and be here for you.
