Join us for a slow and grounding workshop where mindfulness meets clay. In this intimate session, we’ll explore the gentle art of staying present—through breath, body, and creative process.

Bron, of Brontee Meditation, will guide you through foundational mindfulness practices to help settle into the space. From there, you’ll move into a hands-on clay immersion, where you’ll be invited to create intuitively, noticing how your attention moves and softens as you shape with your hands.

No experience with meditation or clay is needed. You’ll be supported to go at your own pace, with simple practices to return to if your mind wanders. This isn’t about perfect pieces, it’s about making space for yourself, staying with the moment, and enjoying the ritual of creating something from nothing.
