Present Moment Yoga- After School Classes
This 8-week course has been developed specifically for school students. It is particularly useful for those who are taking part in assessments.
Students will be offered a safe space to explore a range of relaxing exercises, somatic release and yoga moves. Diane is trained in offering all exercises using invitational language and maintaining an environment where shared authentic experiences are honored. All the exercises are backed by evidence-based research. Chair-based Yoga is also offered as part of this course.
