Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, these small-group classes are open to all levels, and created with a spirit of nurturing and community. Everyone is welcome!

Led by me, Anne-Lynn, an enthusiastic yoga teacher dedicated to creating a compassionate and inclusive environment, these classes are a safe space for you to explore, grow, and connect with yoga beyond the physical asanas. Facilitating curiosity about yoga’s holistic aspects is close to my heart, and I’m excited to share this journey with you. Together, we’ll embrace the many benefits yoga can bring to your life in a way that feels personal and meaningful.

🕒 Day & Time: Every Friday at 7am (arrive by 6.45am to check in and settle in)

What to Bring

🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat or towel (the grass may be damp in the morning)

In Case of Bad Weather

Your comfort and safety are a top priority. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the class will be held online. You’ll be notified at least 24 hours in advance if the format changes.
