Learn how to be a food waste warrior and practice climate-friendly cooking methods at a hands-on PICKLING + PRESERVING 101 COOKING CLASS in support of MOTHERS OUT FRONT.

Each ticket to "PRESERVE OUR PLANET" will include:

A welcome drink of your choice (alcoholic and non-alcoholic available)
A hands-on cooking class led by Zwilling Chefs Bernard Janssen and Tayla Harper-Johnson featuring seasonal vegetable tacos. Participants will dine on their creations and learn the art of pickling and preserving via various toppings, including: pickled red onions, pickled pepper relish, and pineapple preserves.
Two 4-oz mason jars of pickled items to bring home.
