Preserve your Harvest
Event description
Preserving your harvest is a great way to reduce your waste and make the most of what you've grown. In this workshop, Kat Lavers will demonstrate a variety of preserving techniques, including the basic techniques for bottling and drying. At the end of the workshop, the completed preserves will be raffled off (at no charge).
If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully (eg. interpreter), please let us know at least two weeks prior to the event and we will be pleased to assist you. This venue is wheelchair accessible. Photos and video will be taken at this event, but there is an option to opt out on the day.
Registrations are essential.
