Event description

“Food Tool Library Show & Tell Workshop Series” – supported by the Mumbulla Community Foundation

Join members of The Food Tool Library to share skills and learn about the use of pressure canners for preserving shelf stable low acid vegetables and meat in jars. We will work alongside each other to process carrots while building confidence in the method to use the pressure canner available for hire from the Food Tool Library.

10am - 1pm

Cobargo School of Arts Hall

Suggested donation $10

Please register via Humanitix.

Bring along any clean dry jars with metal lids. 

Tea and coffee will be provided, bring along a morning tea snack to share. 

Anyone is welcome to attend – you do not need to be a member of the Triangle Tool Library.
