Preserving the Harvest - The Earth Walker Pickling Method
Description
Preserve the Harvest
The Art of Pickling & Preserving
There was a time when every season had a harvest, every harvest had a purpose, and every kitchen knew how to preserve abundance for the months ahead.
Join us at Earth Walker & Co for Preserve the Harvest, a hands-on pickling and preserving workshop designed to reconnect you with one of the oldest, most practical and rewarding kitchen traditions.
Together we'll explore the Earth Walker Master Pickling Method, learning how simple ingredients such as vinegar, salt, sugar and seasonal produce can be transformed into vibrant jars full of flavour, colour and possibility.
