Maria Ciavarella of My Green Garden will demonstrate the various preserving techniques to take care of your whole harvest. This includes bottling, chutneys, pickles and jams. The presentation will be part demonstration, part hands-on with an overview of each technique, highlighting safe food preservation. Participants will walk away with recipes, a preserving booklet, and a jar of preserves.
