Press Pause Retreat 2021
Event description
Myo & Barns Press Pause Retreat was created to give you an opportunity to take a step back from life’s daily pressure and ‘Press Pause’.
About this Event
This is a rare opportunity to let someone else organise a weekend of rest, relaxation and new experiences.
With complete freedom to pick and choose which activities you participate in, there are countless opportunities for you to meet new people, experience new wellness therapies, and maybe even step outside your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
We’ve gathered an amazing team of industry leaders and some will be there the entire weekend to share their knowledge and skills. This allows you to engage with them both during and after their sessions. Some providers will be hosting workshops while other will provide services. This is a great way to learn about, and try, a range of therapies. The weekend will feature:
• Carter Nutrition - Food label workshop
• Evolving Minds Kinesiology - One-on-one session
• Myo & Barn - Massage
• 11:11 yoga - Group yoga and meditation sessions
• The Armidale Pottery Club - a 3 hour hand-building pottery workshop
• Meghan Leary - Mental Health Clinician providing
- Discover your values – one-on-one session
- Communicating with confidence workshop
This is an all inclusive weekend- food, drinks package, accommodation and all activities/workshops. Accommodation is onsite at Echida Gully in their Metz Motel. Each room has an en suite and access to a common room and kitchen.
