Join us at Bulwer St for an intimate night of bold flavours, low lights and shared plates, as we launch our first ever Pop-Up Dinner Series with Gather Foods

The menu brings together the best of local seafood, seasonal meats, native botanicals and Asian influences layered with umami, smoke, citrus and spice.

🐚 Shells represent the bounty of the sea - scallops, prawns, fish, coastal herbs.

🌿Sticks speak to the land, native botanicals, bush spices, gathered elements, and slow-cooked meats

This is a one-night only experience designed to bring our community together to feast, sip, and savour in good company.
