If you are looking a warm, open, loving environment to empower and educate your young girl aged between 8yr - 13yrs with holistic menstrual education then the Period Prepared Workshop is the perfect space for you and your girl. This workshop offers a special way to acknowledge this transformative time for your girl in such a positive way whilst also supporting her to feel confident, educated and well prepared for this next chapter of her life.

Together we will explore female anatomy, puberty for the female body and the changes to be aware of, the menstrual cycle and hormones, how to use, clean, dispose of period products and the pros and cons to each. We explore period care and the importance of care and what period positive could look like for each individual and what signs our bodies give us to advise we may be starting our menstrual journey soon.

This is an open, honest environment where everyone in our circle space can ask questions and share their own experiences or anything they are curious about. Your girl and no doubt yourself will leave this workshop experience with more awareness, knowledge, confidence and tools to embrace this new life chapter feeling deeply prepared and I'm sure more connected to one another too.

Mid workshop we will take a break and enjoy some nourishing foods and drink with the option to for a little connection time with parent. Each attendee will receive a little gift bag with a period kit and resources of what we learned throughout the day.
