PRETTY PRIVILEGE X HIDE N SEEK | WELLNESS EVENT 🧘‍♀️💖

Join us on November 23rd at Flow St8 in Glen Iris, starting at 2:30 PM (please arrive 10 minutes early).

As part of the Pretty Privilege Empowerment Series, this Wellness Event is in collaboration with Hide N Seek, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to changing the language around eating disorders.

Here’s what’s planned:

Flow St8 Signature Class: Flowability is a low-impact bodyweight class with a unique mix of Pilates, yoga, mobility, and meditation
Breathwork Session: Unwind and connect with your breath, guided by Mia La Bozzetta from Innermost
Mental Health Talk: Insightful discussion on mental health and supporting conversations around eating disorders, led by Helen Lewitan, Clinical Psychologist and Head of Mental Health and Impact at The Flourish Journey
Refreshments: Açai bowls from Blitz Bar & Wellness Shots from The Best of Moi
Goodie Bags: Wellness treats to take home from brand sponsors including, JSHealth, Monday Hair Care, Fundays, The Best of Moi, Weleda Skincare, Nimbus Co, All Fenix.
Optional Sauna & Ice Bath: For a refreshing end to the day

What to bring:

Comfy activewear
A drink bottle
(Optional) swimwear & towel for Sauna & Ice Bath
