Even if we’re doing the right things in terms of healthy eating and regular exercise, many of us are still worried about our risk of heart disease or a heart event like a heart attack or stroke. We all have a role to play when it comes to our heart health but what role is science playing? How do I better understand my risk and take action? Well, being informed is half the battle.

That’s why we want to share with you some of our latest work and talk more about heart risk. Researchers at the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute and the La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science (LIMS) are working together on some exciting projects that could transform prevention of heart disease.
