The conference will show case some of the Illawarra's experienced & passionate clinicians researchers & educators, with the privilege of hosting inter state speakers.

About The Host:
Rachel Bridge, Founder and Director of Mama Base Illawarra and Principal Psychologist of Mama Base Therapeutic Services, is a perinatal, child & family psychologist and has been working with children and their families for fifteen years. As a mother of three, Rachel describes herself as a person who loves to love, and values strong, honest and authentic connections with others.Through Rachel's work and personal experiences as a mother, she has become deeply passionate about working to improve parental and professional wellbeing.
Rachel currently runs her own successful and thriving private practice, Mama Base Illawarra. Mama Base Illawarra is a holistic therapeutic service connected with multidisciplinary arms. Through Mama Base, Rachel work's closely and collaboratively with local community organisations to provide holistic and evidence-based support to mothers and their families. In addition, Rachel is a free lance writer for a range of parenting media sources and is the author of the children's therapeutic picture book, 'The Puzzle Of Us'. Rachel also provides consultation and peer supervision to a range of practitioners and professionals working with mothers, children and families.
