Workplace sexual harassment isn’t just a cultural issue — it’s a legal one. Under the Respect@Work reforms, all employers now have a positive duty to prevent sexual harassment, discrimination, and victimisation at work.

This free online session will help small and medium business owners understand what the new laws require, how to create a safer, more respectful workplace, and what steps you should be taking now to meet your obligations.

In this 60-minute session, we’ll cover:

  • What the positive duty involves and who it applies to
  • Types of unlawful behaviour under the new rules
  • Proactive steps to prevent harm
  • The role of leadership and culture in compliance
  • How to respond to reports and meet legal standards
