He incorporates Te Whare Tapa Whā and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into his practice, fostering sustainable change in mental wellness. Specialising in addiction and mental health coaching, focusing on anxiety, trauma, and their interconnectedness, Ian is PREKURE’s Mental Health Coach of the Year 2023. Louise is co-founder and CEO of PREKURE, NZ's leading Professional Health Coaching education institute. With a PhD in behaviour change, Louise is a successful entrepreneur, previously spending 15 years leading businesses in the corporate wellbeing industry and developing behaviour change programs to achieve positive wellbeing outcomes. Louise’s mission is to inspire a change in medicine to be more preventative.
