Proud 2 Play, Racing Pride, and Motorsport Australia warmly invite you to the Pride in Motorsport 2024 Networking Evening at the Victorian Pride Centre on 21st March, from 6PM. This unique event, set against the backdrop of the Australian Grand Prix week, is dedicated to fostering LGBTIQ+ inclusion within the motorsport industry.
About the Evening:
The night is a fantastic opportunity for LGBTIQ+ students, interns in STEM, passionate LGBTIQ+ motorsport fans and allies to connect with industry professionals. Our previous events have featured esteemed guests like Krystina Emmanouilides from Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber, Matt Bishop, Casey Price, Bea Vear, and Aston Martin Driver Ambassador Jessica Hawkins. Their contributions have significantly enriched our conversations on LGBTIQ+ inclusion in motorsport.
Networking Opportunities:
Engage directly with some of Racing Pride’s connections within the Formula 1 paddock, with attendees set to include engineers, mechanics, strategists, and media/communications professionals. This evening is an exceptional chance to build connections, learn about various careers in motorsports, open doors to potential career opportunities - or just learn more about the motorsport world in general.
