Event description
Pride Market is an official event of the Houston LGBT+ Pride Celebration® Parade.
It's more than a Market! It's a Biergarten (Beer Garden) Party Extravaganza!
Let's party at Karbach! DJs, Food Trucks, Performances, Give-A-Ways, Games, Contests and P-R-I-D-E! Plenty of beer and over 25+ market spots available for vendors\exhibitors to showcase their product, apparel, food, business services or organization to the Houston Pride community.
FREE to the public w/ RSVP! No outside food or drink. Friends, Family and the public at large are asked to use public parking lots either by the restaurant or Mangum Center.
All ages are welcome. Family Friendly Fun!
DJ Athenz will be spinning grooves to keep the market moving. Don't miss this opportunity to party & shop with pride.
Just a few reminders and Karbach Vendor Guidelines:
• Vendors will receive a space number with the site map via email. There will be an on-site day of coordinator.
• Vendor spaces are10x10 and vendor must bring own table, chairs, and tent.
• There is electricity; please bring a 25ft-50ft outdoor grounded extension cord to access power.
• Load in is at 9 am.
• Vendors cannot sell alcohol of any kind.
• Vendors should bring plenty of water to hydrate.
• Please, do not block building doors, employees must be able to enter/exit buildings.
• Please set up on concrete spaces, and not the grass lawn.
• Do not set up in front of the building vents while we are in production, the vents release C02 and it’s not good to breathe.
• Do not park in front of dumpster area, please use marked parking spots.
• After unloading, please move car to the parking lot.
• Gates to Biergarten vendor area must remain closed during public hours (11a-6p). Please limit in and out traffic during market.
• Employee Parking/Warehouse parking is for vendors only. Friends and Family of vendors are asked to use public parking lots either by the restaurant or Mangum Center.

There are no refunds under any circumstances including but not limited to event format changes, entertainment and/or schedule changes, reschedules, cancellations, acts of God or other force majeure.
Pride Houston reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase. Although highly unlikely but in the event your ticket purchase is cancelled, except for circumstances due to force majeure and/or event cancellation, you will be issued a full refund. In all other cases, there is no refund.
