Often leaving us feeling disconnected from those we love, from our purpose and from ourselves, and as a result, life can feel overwhelming, tiresome and full of unnecessary pressure and expectation. In this space you are invited to slow down, to release the tension stored in your body, to come in contact with more of your true-self and the beautiful sensations available to you within your body by surrendering to the moment.
This is a safe, sacred, judgement-free space to reconnect with your body and your felt senses. An opportunity to activate, feel, heal and express your whole organic self; a homecoming.
