A little over 3 years ago, this practice changed my life.

If you haven't experienced shamanic (holotrophic) breathwork, very little I can say can prepare you for what you might experience.

In my first breathwork journey I relived a traumatic experience from my past, released the anger and rage from my body, reclaimed sovereignty over my life and experienced the most profound joy I could have ever imagined. This quite literally, changed the direction of my life. All with power of the breath.

Since then I have facilitated hundreds of men and women using practices taught to me by teachers with over 20 years of experience in this modality.

I have supported healing of past trauma, guided men through visions and experiences that defy explanation including meeting with relatives who've passed away, journeying through space and time, embodying animals and experiencing feelings of profound joy and peace.

Meet your facilitator - Jason Bluett, Founder Primal Man Project

Jason is a Transformational Coach who supports men to return to their design and live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives through his work in Primal Man Project.

After his own struggle with addiction, marriage breakdown and mental illness, Jason discovered the restorative power of personal growth through his involvement in modern men’s work.

He was inspired to his calling through a vision in a breathwork journey, where he came face to face with humankind’s common ancestor who called him powerfully to action, to help us all return to our design.

Through his work Jason is bringing back the old ways of being in circle, leading men’s retreats and is now sharing his most impactful practices in workshop spaces making them more accessible.
