This weeks dance is mixing the pulse of music flowing through your veins, with the ancient beat of the drum and didgeridoo to send you into a state of trance, where all you are is the beat, sweat and movement of your body.

Come to dance to the ancient rhythms of your soul, feel the primal power move through you, like we have done for thousands of years.

A gently guided somatic dance, but then you'll be taken on your own solo journey into the music.

About Ceri (Soularliving)

A somatic practitioner, eco-somatic yoga teacher, and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator. She has held many classes, retreats, and workshops in new Zealand and overseas. Leading over 2000+ hours of classes and workshops, and 1000+ hours of training. She has a gift of bringing people into connection with themselves, each other and the earth.
