Primal Scream

This is the workshop that people request the most, in fact when I think about it’s the only space that people have specifically asked for…

So here it is!

PRIMAL SCREAM!

A container to explore our depths and bring forth that utter wild, guttural depth of self. To embody the wild primal parts of ourselves and in so doing release a tumult of emotions!

To scream, I learned I had to trust myself. To be able to hold myself and my emotions deeply. To feel safe to let go and make noise. To not sound pretty or right but broken and crazy! And hold myself and meet myself.

I thought I was worried about other people thinking a certain thing about me— but the more I moved towards this expression of myself…the more I learned it we me who needed to hold and trust me.

This is your invitation to build this trust with yourself and explore these depths, edges and noises knowing you’re safe with yourself and in a safe container!
