Prime Tide May Edition Dining Experience 3 Course Menu | Rainbow Beach

Doors open from 5:00pm, with meal service commencing at 5:30pm with a 3 course dining experience with a choice between standard and vegetarian menus.

The evening begins with a tomato bruschetta, served on toasted Turkish bread with onion, basil, garlic, olive oil and a light balsamic drizzle.

Entrée
Standard: Kingfish ceviche in tiger’s milk, with lime, coriander, sweet potato purée and char-grilled corn
Or Vegetarian: Risotto

Main
Standard: Four-point lamb rack, stuffed with spinach, feta and pine nuts, served with roasted rosemary chat potatoes, baby carrots and green beans, finished with a light mint jus
Or Vegetarian: Stuffed field mushroom with salsa verde, served with rosemary chat potatoes, baby carrots and green beans

Dessert
Classic Tiramisu

A kid's menu is available, including lasagna, served with char-grilled corn, green beans and ice cream as dessert.

Bar: Featuring locally crafted beers from Rainbow Beach Double Island Brewing and more.

Set in a relaxed, all-weather air-conditioned venue.
